No True Color Stories by Polyque Games
In the app (instant)
Open the app → Settings (⚙) → Delete my data → confirm. This deletes your player record, name, crew board entries, crew feed lines and cloud save from our servers, removes your account (if you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app’s Sign in with Apple authorisation) and resets the app on your device. If you signed in, you will be asked to confirm with Apple or Google first.

By email
If you no longer have the app, write to mert@polyque.com with the subject “No True Color Stories data deletion” and, if you can, the player ID shown in Settings or the name you used. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted
- Anonymous player account and player ID
- Player name and the “show my name in the video” choice
- Generator contributions, daily totals, crew board entries and feed lines
- Last-activity time
What is kept
- The shared generator’s total stays as it is (it does not contain your identity).
- Purchase and subscription records that we must keep for tax and consumer law, for up to 10 years. To stop a subscription, cancel it in Google Play or App Store first.
- Data held by Google for ads and analytics follows Google’s retention settings (up to 14 months) and is not linked to your name.
