Privacy Policy
Effective 1 November 2026 · applies to the No True Color Stories app (including WARD 9) on Android and iOS, the browser version and this website
1. Who we are
The app is published by Polyque Games Yazılım Animasyon Prodüksiyon Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Polyque Games”, “we”), Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Selvili Sk. No: 4 İç Kapı No: 20, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller. Contact: mert@polyque.com.
2. What we collect and why
You do not need an email, phone number or password to play. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and only used to keep your progress when you change phones. We collect only what the game needs:

Your game progress, parts wallet (🔩) and cosmetics are also stored on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the app, unless you signed in, in which case the cloud save above is kept for your account.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed here.
3. Service providers
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, App Check), Google LLC / Google Ireland — privacy
- Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.) and Google Sign-In (Google LLC), only if you choose to sign in — Apple privacy, Google privacy
- Google AdMob (rewarded ads and the consent message shown in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) — how Google uses data
- RevenueCat, Inc. (purchase validation and subscription status; receives your anonymous player ID and purchase data) — privacy
- Google Play and Apple App Store (payments)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (shows our public Instagram follower count on the website; receives your IP address as part of the request) — privacy
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Legal grounds
We process data to provide the game you asked for (contract), for security, fraud prevention and improving the game (legitimate interests), for personalised advertising only with your consent where the law requires it, and for the website waitlist email with your consent.
5. Your choices and rights
- Delete your data in the app: Settings → Delete my data removes your player record, name, crew board entry, feed lines, cloud save and account (including your Sign in with Apple authorisation) from our servers and resets the app. You can also ask us by email.
- Sign out: your progress stays in your account and this device starts as a new anonymous player.
- Ads: rewarded videos are always optional. Where required you can change your ad consent any time in Settings → Privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Your name: change it any time; switch off “Show my name in the video if I win” in the crew board.
- You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data and object to processing by writing to mert@polyque.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Children
The game contains suspense and horror themes and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher age of digital consent in your country). If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with Google Cloud. Access rules limit each player to their own records. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Yukarıda sayılan veriler oyunun sunulması, güvenliği ve geliştirilmesi amaçlarıyla, sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat ve gerektiğinde açık rıza hukuki sebeplerine dayanarak işlenir; yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcılara (Google, RevenueCat) aktarılabilir. Web sitesindeki bekleme listesine katılırsan e-posta adresin, onay zamanın, onay metni sürümün ve dilin yalnızca oyun çıktığında sana haber vermek için, açık rızana dayanarak işlenir. Rıza vermeden de oyunu oynayabilirsin; rızanı mert@polyque.com adresine yazarak istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin.
