1. The app

No True Color Stories (“the app”) lets you play interactive stories, starting with WARD 9. By using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old.

2. Shared play and your name

Some parts of the game are shared with other players in real time: the hospital generator, the crew feed and the weekly crew board. The name you choose is visible to other players. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or contains personal data of others. We may change or remove names and limit contributions that break these rules or look automated.

3. Purchases and virtual items

• Parts (🔩), crates and cosmetics are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not refundable except where the law or the store’s refund policy says otherwise. Cosmetics change only how your character looks; they do not affect the story or votes.
• Starter pack can be bought once per account.
• NO TRUE COLOR PRO is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown in the store until you cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active.
• Payments are handled by Google Play or Apple. Prices may vary by country and include applicable taxes as shown by the store.
• Virtual items and progress stored on your device may be lost if you uninstall the app or change devices.

4. Weekly crew board contest (official rules)

• Organiser: Polyque Games. Apple and Google are not sponsors of this contest and are not involved in any way.
• Who can take part: players aged 13 or older, where the contest is not prohibited. No purchase is necessary; fuel can be earned every day for free, and purchases do not give a better chance than free play beyond the fuel they provide.
• How it works: each week (Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday 00:00 UTC) players are placed in crews of up to 30. Fuel added to the shared generator earns points on your crew board.
• Prize: the #1 player of a crew may have their chosen name written on the Ward 9 whiteboard in a following No True Color episode, only if they switched on “Show my name in the video if I win”. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Top 3 and top 10 receive in-game badges only.
• We may disqualify entries that use cheating, automation or multiple accounts, and may refuse names that break section 2. Our decision on winners is final.

5. Content

The stories, characters, artwork, music and code belong to Polyque Games or its licensors. You may share screenshots and short clips for non-commercial purposes. The stories contain suspense and horror themes and are fiction.

6. Changes and availability

We keep developing the game and may change, pause or end features or seasons. If we end a paid feature, we will follow the store’s rules for refunds. We may update these terms; the new date will appear at the top.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are competent, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: mert@polyque.com.
